My Review:

            Gwen and the gang are back at Mythos Academy. After the whole fiasco that happened at the resort everyone has been on edge lately. Gwen, Daphne and Carson are touring the museum of history, viewing ancient artifacts in order to complete a school assignment. Since the museum is packed with students from Mythos Academy everyone feels safe enough to be out in the open. Everyone is hurrying to finish their assignment and be out of there in order to spend their last day of Christmas break with friends and family. 

         In the weapons room, Gwen and Logan finally get to see each other, talk and rekindle their relationship. Before they have a chance to do anything, a scream erupts. Suddenly, Reapers are storming the museum, slashing and killing anyone who stands in their way. Gwen and her friends put up a fight, but at the last minute the reapers suddenly rush out of the museum. Gwen finds a piece of paper and uses her powers to find out the reapers are looking for the dagger that will unlock Loki. The dagger was entrusted to Gwen's mother to hide by Nike. Now the reapers are after Gwen because they believe she knows where it is. 

            A lot has happened since the first two books. I liked how the story has finally picked up pace, the characters are becoming stronger, and I am actually interested in finding out what happens next. Hopefully, this trend continues in the next three books!
