Caspian is a Shade, and Abbey is his destiny. They are tied not only to each
other, but also to the town of Sleepy

My Review:
Abbey has been desperately trying to forget Caspian, a boy
she feel in love with only to discover he was a ghost. Shocked by the discovery
and doubting her mental sanity, Abbey left Sleepy Hollow for the summer to
forget everything. Now that summer is ending and it's time for school, Abbey
must put on her big girl pants and return home. At first she throws herself
into her school work and her new friend Ben, who happens to be alive and real.
Trying to stay busy everyday in order to feel normal again is very hard for
Abby. Then, one day, Caspian reappears in her life, and Abby realizes that you
can never outrun your destiny no matter how hard you try.
This second installment goes deeper into the mystery
of Caspian. Is he real? Or is he a figment of Abby's imagination? Due to Abby's
friends death, she has been having a hard time dealing with the pain. And
Caspian is around all the time. So it makes sense that Abby has found some
comfort in Caspian. But if he's not real then how can she be the only one who
sees him? This is where the mystery lies. I honestly had an amazing time trying
to figure out how Abby was able to see Caspian. Why was she able to touch him,
talk to him, connect with him, but others couldn't? Well it turns out that the day
Abby's friend died wasn't her death day. Instead someone else was supposed to
die. The mystery is thrilling and if you haven't read this series yet, I
recommend you go read it cause it will not disappoint!
